Ugochi works on developing and executing the Leveling It Up Program action plans, coordinating schedules, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action. She also assists with budget maintenance providing updates to the management team and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
With a Master of Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University and over a decade of experience in strategy, innovation, and business development, Ugochi is passionate about helping small businesses grow, scale, and succeed.
Aside from work, she loves spending time with family, reading, traveling, and exploring new cuisines.
