Innovation Guelph (IG) provides mentorship and business support services that help innovative enterprises across Canada start, grow & thrive. Serving southern Ontario and beyond, IG’s specialized sector experience includes advanced manufacturing, ICT, clean technology and agri-innovation, including food and beverage processing. With a roster of more than 50 industry specialists and a dedicated, entrepreneurial staff, IG has access to an unprecedented breadth of expertise to help companies improve the core elements of profitability, sustainability, and strategy.

IG’s Rhyze Up! national accelerator addresses the unique aspects of women-owned or women-led companies across Canada who are generating $200k or more in revenue. The program has been tailored to help entrepreneurs identify an effective path to scaling up through mentorship support, leadership coaching, and project implementation.”

The initiative recently entered the second year of its program and is co-created by Dalhousie University, Toronto Metropolitan University, Globalive, and I-INC. Launched in October 2021, MindFrame Connect is focused on providing curated resources and high-quality training to both accelerators and individuals, aiming to elevate the craft of mentorship, support the development of resiliency in Canadian entrepreneurs, as well as provide training and workshops in the Foundations of Diversity and Inclusion through a mentorship lens.
