This workshop is designed to give the entrepreneur a set of a tools and framework for setting pricing.  The session is designed to build on the value proposition and assist the entrepreneur in picking an initial price point for their product or service based upon the constraints of cost, competitors, capability and customers.

The learning objectives for this workshop are for the entrepreneur to understand the role of pricing and price leverage in profitability; understand the role of cost, competitors, capability and customers in setting price; understand some of the psychology of purchasing decisions and the role of price in communicating value; some of the tactics of price negotiation.
