As CEED’s Lead, Human Resources & Board Relations, Alissa plays a key role in shaping the organization’s culture and operations. She works closely with the Senior Management team to oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration. Alissa also serves as the primary liaison for CEED’s Board of Directors, managing all governance and administrative communications. With a strong background in clerical operations and a passion for supporting both people and processes, Alissa brings dedication, precision, and heart to every aspect of her role.
