This course is a hands on workshop which will go through the building blocks of a successful KPI framework and how they apply to small businesses.
Participants will use these building block fundamentals to create their own company specific KPI’s (tailored towards their unique strengths and circumstances) which can be used as an immediate launching point for evaluating their ongoing progress towards success.
