Ryan Corkum is a seasoned financial executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of diverse experience in corporate finance, banking, and operational leadership. He is the Founder of Wallbrook Financial Consulting Inc., where he provides outsourced CFO services and strategic financial guidance to clients across a range of industries. Ryan is also the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Verge Technologies Inc., where he leads financial operations, ERP integration, and contract structuring.
Throughout his career, Ryan has held several senior roles, including CFO and Vice President positions in both the public and private sectors. His background spans from working with high-growth tech companies to leading complex restructuring processes, equity raises, and business turnarounds. He began his career with HSBC Bank Canada, managing international commercial portfolios and completing global assignments in China, India, and Malaysia. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA). Passionate about supporting entrepreneurship, he brings deep financial acumen and a commitment to community development to his role on CEED’s Board of Directors.
