André LeBlanc is a bilingual business leader and community advocate with over three decades of experience in commercial banking, entrepreneurship, and economic development. As Manager of Business Services and Entrepreneurship at the Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse (CDÉNÉ), André supports Acadian and Francophone entrepreneurs across the province, guiding strategic planning, revenue growth, and leadership development initiatives in partnership with Université Sainte-Anne. His career includes over 20 years with RBC, where he held senior roles such as Branch Manager, Commercial Account Manager, and Regional Sales Specialist across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. He has deep expertise in financial analysis, client relationship management, and coaching high-performing teams.
André holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Sainte-Anne and is a certified facilitator in Personality Dimensions®. Deeply committed to community service, he has served as Board President of Université Sainte-Anne, Vice President of ÉANE, and in leadership roles with multiple local organizations including the Clare Chamber of Commerce and Club Richelieu.
