Before You Build is a 4-week, instructor-led course that supports early-stage founders in validating their tech product ideas before committing significant resources to development. The course combines practical instruction, peer learning, and guided exercises to ensure participants leave with a strong foundation for moving forward. This course is build by CEED and currently is only available to Leveling it Up participants.

What will you gain from Before You Build?
Participants who complete this course will:
- Have a validated product concept informed by user feedback
- Walk away with a clickable prototype of their idea.
- Be paired with a Technology Consultant who will support the development of a working prototype
- Tech development timelines will vary depending on project complexity but will not exceed 6 weeks.
- Gain a roadmap for next steps, including the opportunity to build a pilot low-code MVP if their idea is validated
- Develop greater confidence in pitching their idea to stakeholders, investors, or partners.
Who is the Ideal Participant?
This course is designed for female-identifying founders who are part of diverse, intersectional, and underserved communities who are:
- Tech founders at the idea stage who have not yet validated their concept.
- Founders already working on a tech product but uncertain about product-market fit.
